For those who attended the international dinner last Saturday in Delphi, I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did. You were really great cooks!

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, just take a look to the photos on this post and on “Sopar internacional”. As you can see, our mentors invited us to a dinner in Delphi, where everyone had to bring a typical dish form his/her country.

The spanish one was “tortilla de patatas” (potatoes omelette), a garlic sauce called “allioli” and “pa amb tomaca” (bread, fresh tomato and ham). In addition, there were a foundue from Switzerland, meat balls with jam from Sweden, chicken stew from Perú, crêpes and different kinds of cheese from France, and many other things.

It was a nice a party, where we could get in touch with people from all over the world. I hope that we meet again soon!
