100 g butter (margarin..not smör/bordsmargarin!)
1 dl sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2-3 tablespoons cacao
3 dl oatmeal (havregryn)
2-3 tablespoons cold coffee.
+ coconut (kokosflingor)

1. Cut the butter into small cubes.
2. Stir in the sugar.
3. Then add vanilla sugar and cacao (and coffee if you want to). Make sure you mix it well.
4. Add the oatmeal.
5. Now it’s time to roll them into balls. (Make sure you’ve added enough oatmeal…otherwise it’s really difficult).
6. Roll the balls in the coconut.

You can eat the chocolate balls now if you want to…or you can put tem into the fridge (for like an hour) so they get harder (and more delicious). Enjoy!
